Upper Cervical Care is a unique alternative health care solution. "I am no longer considering neck surgery! Pain is Gone!

My name is John. I am an active 61 year old and a crossfit enthusiast.  In recent years, I have experienced reduced mobility in my neck, nerve impingement radiating down my right arm, and back pain to varying degrees.  I’ve had these problems since my early 50’s. Eleven years ago, I had surgery to fuse two herniated discs in my neck. That provided relief for many years. However, the problems had all emerged again in great form, possibly due to the reasons of Crossfit.  I have tried massage, acupuncture, and trigger point therapy to alleviate the pain.  They were effective only temporary and when the symptoms came back they were worse.  Coming to Advanced Holistic Heathcare was the last resort before going back to surgery to relieve the nerve impingement.  In the last 5 months under AHH care I have experienced substantial relief in all areas.
