Your first appointment is to thoroughly examine and find the cause of any health concerns you are experiencing so that we may assist you on your road back to health naturally without any drugs or surgery.

 

 

Your First Office Experience

Valuing your time, we want to make sure we get you in and out in as short a time period as possible while delivering incredible personal attention.  Your new patient exam will take approximately 45-60 minutes.  To expedite the process, we ask that you come prepared by filling out your new patient forms, bring two forms of ID, and any insurance information you would like us to look into.  If you do not have insurance information or don’t know what they will cover, rest assured.  90% of our patients do not have insurance coverage and are able to afford care in our office.

Once you complete a tour of our office to familiarize you with each area and its unique benefit to you and your care, you will receive a thorough consultation.

Based on the results of this in-depth inquiry, you will receive a comprehensive examination utilizing revolutionary computerized technology that can detect the hidden causes(s) of your health problems.  The name of this technology is called the insight subluxation station.   Our Space Foundation certified Insight Technology establishes a reliable, scientifically valid, quantitative, multidimensional, representation of your  health.


This noninvasive, safe, and reliable technology utilizes thermography and surface EMG to detect the hidden cause of your health problems.

Thermography has long been acknowledged in the scientific community as being an accurate and reproducible technology. In fact, there are over 5000 references to thermography on Medline.  The normative study used by the Insight is based on published scientific research done at Johns Hopkins University in 1988, in which a group of neurosurgeons used thermal scanning technology to determine temperature asymmetry protocols and their relationship to sympathetic dysfunction.  In the abstract from the article, it states “Thermal values can be used as a standard in assessment of sympathetic nerve function, and the degree of asymmetry is a quantifiable indicator of dysfunction.”

The Insight sEMG technology is similar to the technology used in EKG/heart rate measurement machines. One primary difference is that the Insight sensors are 1,000 times more sensitive, since the paraspinal muscles generate less electrical activity [action potential] than the heart muscle. The sensitivity and accuracy of the Insight technology is unsurpassed! One of the most exciting technologies in practice, sEMG measures baseline status and changes in the electrical activity of paraspinal muscles in order to quantify the muscular changes associated with vertebral subluxations.

Based on the findings of this focused exam, if medically necessary, you will receive up to two digital spinal X-Rays.

 

 

 

Your Report of Findings

After the completion of your first Office visit, your doctor will study and analyze the results of your diagnostic images and your examination findings in order to determine your health and wellness status as well as to make recommendations for the next steps on your path to wellness.

Your Doctor will schedule an appointment with you and your significant other (or someone who can support you in making medical decisions) for the next available day to go over your exam results in order to ensure you receive proper care and guidance immediately.

During this second day, you and your significant other will learn exactly what we are looking for, the impact it may have on your health condition and what we can do to help. At that point, if we can accept you as a patient, we will discuss how we make our care plans affordable to so many families.  You will also have a completed insurance verification at our expense, if applicable, so you will know exactly what your plan covers before you ever make a financial decision to receive care.

At this time you will be thoroughly educated on your condition and have all of the physical, verbal and financial information needed to make a healthcare choice that is best for you.
